My six vegetables: The 2 seasons that these vegetables grow are autumn and winter.

What environment do these fruit and vegetables grow in?
Onions: The best environment for onions to grow is putting the seeds 1/4 inch deep and thin to 1 to 2 inches apart.

Carrots: The best environment for carrots to grow is putting the seeds about 1/4 inch deep and about 3 to 4 inches apart.

Beetroot: The best environment for beetroot to grow is using soil, with having cold and warm heat.

Peas:  The best environment for peas to grow is using soil, putting the seeds 1 inch deep and about 2 inches apart.  

Garlic:  The best environment for garlic to grow is using well drained soil that was wet, about 2 to 3 inches apart. 

Spring onion: The best environment for spring onion the grow is using rich soil with some compost dug in it.  

How long does it takes for the six vegetables I choice to grow?

Red onion: 3 to 4 months
Carrots: 70 to 80 days
Beetroot: 90 days
Peas: 4 to 6 weeks
Garlic: 9 months
Spring onion: Approximately 8 weeks
