Kiwi Baker - Chocolate Chip Cookies

Last Tuesday for Home Economics we made Chocolate Chip Cookies. The ingredients for making our chocolate chip cookies were White Sugar, Brown Sugar, Flour, Egg, Salt, Butter, Vanilla Essence, Baking Powder and Chocolate chips.

First we had to collect the ingredients and equipment needed for making the cookies. We melted to butter and creamed it together adding both sugars. Well creaming the mixture we combined all the dry ingredients into another bowl. Once the mixture was fully creamed we added the egg and vanilla essence. Then we mixed the wet and dry ingredients together. After mixing the ingredients together we rolled them out on the baking tray, making sure they were even. After they were done in the oven, we moved them to a wired rack to slightly cool down. Minutes later my group tasted them, they were delicious.

Here's our Chocolate Chip Cookies:

  1. Hi Shontelle. This is a good description of the method. Including the recipe would have been good. Your cookies great. They have an even colour and size. To improve your blog comments on the taste - not just delicious! and texture are needed.
