Kiwi Baker - Chocolate Chip Cookies

Last Tuesday for Home Economics we made Chocolate Chip Cookies. The ingredients for making our chocolate chip cookies were White Sugar, Brown Sugar, Flour, Egg, Salt, Butter, Vanilla Essence, Baking Powder and Chocolate chips.

First we had to collect the ingredients and equipment needed for making the cookies. We melted to butter and creamed it together adding both sugars. Well creaming the mixture we combined all the dry ingredients into another bowl. Once the mixture was fully creamed we added the egg and vanilla essence. Then we mixed the wet and dry ingredients together. After mixing the ingredients together we rolled them out on the baking tray, making sure they were even. After they were done in the oven, we moved them to a wired rack to slightly cool down. Minutes later my group tasted them, they were delicious.

Here's our Chocolate Chip Cookies:

Kiwi Baker - Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

Last week on Tuesday for Home Economics we made Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins. We baked Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins as a starter back into home economics. Every groups recipe was different in some way expect my groups was the normal recipe. Some groups didn't add egg or added brown sugar instead of normal white sugar etc. The muffins turned out beautifully. I tried a muffin but I didn't like it as I don't even like banana cake. The other groups muffins turned out well consider there's was changed in some way.

Table Tennis, Juggling, Just Dance

In PE for the past 3 weeks we have been doing Table Tennis and Juggling. In Table Tennis we were learning the basics of how to play and trying to hit the ball continuously 20 times. In Juggling we were learning how to juggle properly with one hand and both hands. But last week we were allowed to do some just dance and there was about 10 of us that did that. We did Rasputin, Vodovorot, Kill this love, Whip nae nae, Juju on that beat, Airplanes, We got the power and Footloose. These dances were a lot fun and especially when doing it with my friends.

In Table Tennis you have to have great coordination and at first mine wasn't that good then I started getting better as I played more. For Juggling you have to have great coordination. When I started juggling mine wasn't good and to this day I'm still working on it for Juggling. For Just Dance you need coordination and mine was really good but a couples of times my left and rights got mixed up.
