Chicken Stir Fry -Home Economics

Last Wednesday for Home Economics we made chicken stir fry. 

Ingredients: 
  • Chicken (Breast)
  • Sesame Oil
  • Noodles
  • Cauliflower
  • Mushrooms 
  • Carrot
  • Onion   
Method:
1. Chop up chicken into strips.
2. Place in glass bowl with sesame oil.
3. Chop up vegetables in julienne strips.
4. Saute (Brown) chicken and onions together.
5. Add Cauliflower, Mushrooms and Carrots and cook for 10 minutes.
6. Boil a pot of water
7. Place the broken noodles into the boiling water and cook for 2 mins.
8. Drain noodles in a colander and add the noodle to the mixture. 
9. Serve and enjoy

  1. How could you make the stir fry look more appealing. I think it could be more colourful, what vegetables could you put in to make it more colourful?
    This was your first dish this term so you have time to make future dishes look, smell and taste more appetizing.
