Trash Class Novel

Trash

These's past few months we have been reading a book called Trash as a class novel. The author is Andy Mulligan and here's a photo:

The main characters are three boys named Raphael, Gardo and Rat who is also known as Jun-Jun. These three boys live on a dump site called Smokey Mountain and live their life is poor. These three boys also created journeys and solved problems together. I really liked they personalities and how there help people in need. Plus this book is set in Behala which is based in the Philippines. 

I really enjoyed reading this book as a class novel. It's was really interesting and made you think whats going to happen next. I recommend this book should be read by all ages. 

Andy Mulligan the author:
Andy Mulligan has written 10 different books, published has first book in 2009 and has written books even since. Andy Mulligan won an award in 2011, he won the guardian children's fiction prize. The book trash we have just finished reading came out in 2010, Andy Mulligan wrote trash in 10 days which is impeccable.
